本文在已知某种起重机零件可靠度为50%的疲劳曲线并有了该种零件的少量试件的疫劳试验结果的条件下,以作者提出的修正的曼耐尔假设和抛物线假设为基础,提出了起重机零件疲劳极限应力分布的快速测定法——JFKC*法。然后对渗碳淬火钢齿轮的弯曲疲劳试验数据用JFKC法进行计算,得到了它的疲劳极限应力分布,并对比其相应的成组试验法测定的疲劳极限应力分布进行了分析和讨论。
Based on the revised Mannil’s hypothesis and the parabolic hypothesis proposed by the authors, given the fatigue test of a crane with 50% reliability and a small number of specimens from this kind of part, , Proposed a rapid determination of fatigue limit stress distribution of crane parts - JFKC * method. Then the bending fatigue test data of the carburized and quenched steel gears were calculated by JFKC method, and the fatigue limit stress distribution of the carburized hardened steel gears was obtained. The fatigue limit stress distribution measured by the corresponding group test method was analyzed and discussed.
