用四苯硼钠比浊法测定土壤速效钾,目前应用很普通。这种方法灵敏度高、浊度形成后比较稳定,对铵和钙镁离子的干扰容易排除。而且可以用普通的光电比色计进行测定,在没有火焰光度计的情况下测钾,也能相对反映土壤含钾状况。但是在制备比浊液的过程中,尚有一些需要注意的环节不可忽视,否则会影响测定结果。以下是我们用标准钾溶液所做的试验结果。
With tetraphenyl boron turbidimetric method for the determination of soil available potassium, the application is very common. This method of high sensitivity, turbidity is relatively stable after the formation of ammonium and calcium and magnesium ions easily ruled out interference. And can be measured with a common photoelectric colorimeter, in the absence of flame photometer to measure potassium, but also can reflect the relative status of soil potassium. However, in the preparation of specific turbidity in the process, there are still some areas need attention should not be ignored, otherwise it will affect the measurement results. The following is our test results with standard potassium solution.
