由何国雄、麦月清、陈容和、罗兴宏等研制的“坦克火炮内膛复合防锈封存工艺”,已于1988年12月通过了总参装甲兵部组织的成果鉴定。1989年11月获全军科技进步三等奖。此后又参加了由总参装甲兵部在陆军第42集团军坦克旅主持的1989~1992年五项“封存工艺”科技成果的对比实验。经过3年的对比考核后,1992年11月28日在广州被总参特种兵部科技局审定,排名第一。 1987年7月在海南岛某部用此工艺在台风暴雨中封存的第一批坦克炮,至今完好。
Hejunxi, Mai Yueqing, Chen Ronghe, Luo Xinghong and others developed the “combination of rust-prevention technology for tank gun internal rakes”. In December 1988, it passed the results appraisal organized by the General Armored Armed Police Department. In November 1989, he won the third prize for scientific and technological advancement in the entire army. After that, he participated in a comparative experiment of five “storage process” scientific and technological achievements hosted by the General Armoured Forces Division from the Army 42nd Army Tank Brigade from 1989 to 1992. After three years of comparative evaluation, November 28, 1992, it was ranked first in Guangzhou by the Scientific and Technical Bureau of the General Staff Department of the General Staff. The first batch of tank guns that were sealed in a typhoon rain with this technique on a part of Hainan Island in July 1987 is still intact.
