近年来,我厂在组织单件小批生产及生产技术准备工作中,多次运用了网络计划技术,取得了较好的效果。我们主要的经验是:通过网络图,尽可能地组织平行交叉作业,抓关键路线和关键零件,并统筹协调各有关零件、项目的进度。从而在保证产品质量的前提下,大大缩短了生产周期。现以出口产品B2025A龙门刨床为例,将我们运用网络技术组织生产的具体作法介绍于下,供有关方面参考。
In recent years, our factory has used network planning technology many times in organizing single batch small batch production and production technical preparation work, and achieved good results. Our main experience is: through network diagrams, organize parallel cross-operations as much as possible, grasp key routes and key parts, and coordinate the progress of related parts and projects.
