本文对国产SS型电力机车车体钢结构发展过程进行了一些具体分析。阐述了车体钢结构的整体强度和局部强度的关系,SS_1至SS_4车体钢结构承载方式的改进,最后谈及应用有限元法计算车体钢结构的一些体会。文中附有SS_3车体钢结构静强度试验1961KN纵向压力的较大试验应力分布图,使读者了解电力机车车体钢结构应力传递和分布的概要情况。
This paper made some concrete analysis on the development process of steel structure of domestic SS electric locomotive body. The relationship between the overall strength and the local strength of the steel structure of the vehicle body is expounded. The bearing method of the steel structure of SS_1 to SS_4 is improved. Finally, some experiences of using the finite element method to calculate the steel structure of the vehicle body are discussed. Attached with SS_3 steel body static strength test 1961KN longitudinal stress larger test stress distribution map, so that readers understand the electric locomotive steel structure stress transmission and distribution of the summary.
