潘三东风井冲积层厚度为358.48米,井筒净直径为6.5米,其冻结带井壁厚度为2米,冻结深度为415米。冻结孔布置圈直径为17米,孔数42个,开孔间距为1.271米,360米水平钻孔偏斜要求不超过2.5‰,最大孔间距不得超过3.0米。据潘集矿区施工的17万米冻结钻孔的经验,孔深超过120米发生偏斜时,用扫、扩、铲的方法难以纠过来,因此如何保证钻孔质量、减少钻孔偏斜、确保冻结壁厚度和井筒开挖安全,将关系施工的成败。为了确保潘三东风井415米深冻结孔质量,采用了戴纳钻具,实践证明,它可以在定向钻进中及时地灵活地进行纠偏,并使冲积层底部(360米水平)孔间距符合设计要求。
