本文用细胞电泳方法研究了体外贮存对人红细胞电泳率的影响.发现在本实验条件下,人红细胞贮存2周后,其电泳率随贮存时间的延长而明显下降.贮存红细胞的等电点为pH 2.7左右.经神经氨酸酶处理后,贮存红细胞和新鲜红细胞的电泳率均显著下降,但两者的减缓率不同,前者略高于后者(贮存红细胞为89.1%,新鲜红细胞为74.2%).我们认为在贮存过程中红细胞电泳率下降可能与其细胞膜上唾液酸丢失有关.
In this study, the cell electrophoresis method was used to study the effect of in vitro storage on the erythrocyte electrophoresis rate, and found that under the experimental conditions, the erythrocyte erythrocytes stored for 2 weeks, the electrophoresis rate decreased significantly with storage time.The isoelectric point of stored erythrocytes pH 2.7. After neuraminidase treatment, the electrophoresis rate of stored erythrocytes and fresh erythrocytes were significantly decreased, but the slow rate of the two was different, the former slightly higher than the latter (storage of red blood cells was 89.1%, fresh red blood cells was 74.2% ). We think the drop in erythrocyte electrophoretic activity during storage may be related to the loss of sialic acid on its cell membrane.
