我们在杂交育种过程中,试验证明有两种固定液保存鱼类原色标本,效果较好。特别是对红鲤标本的原色保存,时间更长,效果更为显著。方法是先用10%浓度的福尔马林对标本定形,再放下列固定液中长期保存。一、改良郝氏液(对红色鱼类标本效果良好):甲醛(原液)30毫升,尼古丁(5%)1毫升,吡啶2.5毫升,保险粉(Na_2S_2O_4)10克,另加蒸馏水250毫升。

Especially for red carp specimens preserved in color, longer, the effect is more pronounced.
