1980年5月,《中国青年》杂志刊登了一篇题为“人生的路啊,为什么越走越窄?”的文章,引发一场全国范围内的思想大讨论,对当时刚刚从十年浩劫中走出的人们思想的转化产生了积极的影响。随着岁月的更迭,社会矛盾也在发生着嬗变。在律师界,当今,刑事辩护所反映出来的矛盾越来越尖锐。为此,《中国律师》杂志拟从2002年第4期开始展开一场“刑事辩护的路啊,为什么越走越窄?”大讨论,以引起社会各界的关注。我们相信,有大家的参与,中国律师刑辩的路会越走越宽。
