社区教育信息化服务质量评价有利于树立“以公众服务为核心,以顾客需求为导向”的服务理念,在SERVQUAL服务质量评价模型分析的基础上,结合社区教育“以人为本”的服务理念,设计与构建社区教育信息化服务质量评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法进行评价指标权重确定,并以服务感知质量象限图对评价指标重要性进行解读,不断提升指标体系的可操作性,这不仅为社区教育信息化服务质量评价指标体系构建提供新思路,也为进一步开展社区教育信息化服务质量感知评价奠定基础。
