肺癌是呼吸系统常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率高,治愈率低,故早期诊断和常见病鉴别诊断是急待深入研究的课题。近年来虽有报道,血清唾液酸含量异常增高与恶性肿瘤高度相关,并和病情的严重程度呈正比。但是唾液酸的测定方法繁琐,试剂昂贵,非一般试验室能够开展。F—8836化学比色法的吸光强度和血清唾液酸浓度呈良好的线性关系,简便快速,灵敏准确,特别适宜癌瘤的筛选和临床动态监测,对诊断,疗效和预后有较大参考价值。材料和方法一、测定方法用F—8836专一试剂,采用化学比色法。二、检测对象健康人201例,年龄18~45岁
Lung cancer is a common malignancy in the respiratory system. The incidence is high and the cure rate is low. Therefore, early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of common diseases are urgently needed to be studied in depth. Although it has been reported in recent years that the abnormal increase in serum sialic acid content is highly correlated with malignant tumors and is proportional to the severity of the disease. However, the method for measuring sialic acid is cumbersome and the reagents are expensive, and it can be carried out in a non-general laboratory. F-8836 chemical colorimetry absorbency and serum sialic acid concentration showed a good linear relationship, simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, especially suitable for cancer screening and clinical dynamic monitoring, for the diagnosis, efficacy and prognosis of great reference value.
