随着国家经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,餐饮市场潜力巨大,而面点产业作为餐饮市场的重要组成部分,呈现蓬勃发展的生机,与此同时人们对面点制作的技能水平和质量要求也越来越高。高职等职业院校的学生作为应用型人才,在面点制作技能方面也进一步受到考验,因此高职学生在系统学习理论知识的同时,更要加强对其面点制作技能的培养。本文从这一基本点出发,对当前高职学生面点制作技能的培养及策略做探讨。
With the development of the country’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the potential of the catering market is huge. However, the pasta industry, as an important part of the catering market, presents a thriving vitality. At the same time, people’s skill level and quality requirements for pasta production Higher and higher. Students in higher vocational colleges and vocational schools as applied talents are further tested in the noodle making skills. Therefore, students of higher vocational colleges should strengthen their knowledge of production of noodles while learning the theoretical knowledge systematically. Starting from this basic point, this paper discusses the cultivation and tactics of the noodlemaking skills of the current vocational students.
