20140801 Emami S M,Divandari M,Hajjari E,et al.传统复合铸造与消失模复合铸造Al/Mg合金双金属材料的对比研究.International Journal of Cast Metals Research,2013,26(1):43-50.复合铸造能够将两种或两种以上具有不同性能的金属材料铸成一个完整的铸件,从而使其不同部位具有不同性能,以满足其特殊的使用要求。但该方法同时也存在着界面氧化、不良金属间化合物析出等问题。消失模铸造与复合铸造两种工艺的结合,能够有效解决传统复合铸造中产生的问题。将一种金属材料以固态形式镶嵌于发泡模型中,再将另一种液态金属材料浇入,能够实现异种金属的连接。以Al/Mg金属为例,通过组织分析和显微硬度测试比较了传统复合铸造与消失模复合铸造的各自特点。研究发现,两种方法均可实现Al和Mg的复合铸

Compound casting is the ability to cast two or more metallic materials with different properties into a single cast, allowing different parts to have different properties to meet their specific application requirements. However, this method also has the problems of interface oxidation and poor intermetallic compound precipitation. Lost foam casting and composite casting of the two combination of technology, can effectively solve the problems arising in the traditional compound casting. A metal material in a solid form embedded in the foam model, and then poured into another liquid metal material, enabling dissimilar metal connections. Taking Al / Mg metal as an example, the characteristics of traditional composite casting and lost foam composite casting were compared by microstructure analysis and microhardness test.
