Industrial CT scanning and reconstruction gives tomographic images corresponding to the geometry, material composition and density characteristics of the test specimen. Imaging is intuitive and easily accepted and understood. However, as a kind of imaging detection technology, industrial CT is very complicated. In CT scanning, the beam of rays, the array of detectors and the imaging plane are all on the same plane, while the beams of the other imaging techniques are perpendicular to the imaging plane.
