随着服装行业的快速发展,企业对服装专业人才的需求不断加大,对从业人员的素质要求也不断提高。为达到学校与企业实现人才供需一致的目的,通过对佛山市(以下简称“我市”)服装行业的产业结构、人才需求进行调研,分析我市服装专业岗位的能力要求,并提出若干教学改革的建议。
