当前领导干部任用中存在问题的原因是:任用对象不能正确认识当官的目的;一些干部把升官作为今后安置工作的阶梯;领导责任感不强,作风不正;党委透明度不高,原则性不强。解决的对策有三:一是加强干部的思想教育;二是加大党管干部的力度;三是注重干部考核的质量。
The reasons for the existing problems in the appointment of leading cadres at present are: Appointed candidates can not correctly understand the purpose of becoming an official; some cadres use promotion as a ladder to future resettlement work; leading responsibilities are not strong and the style is not correct; party committees are not highly transparent and their principles are not strong. There are three solutions to this problem: one is to strengthen the ideological education of cadres; the other is to step up the efforts of party members and cadres; and the third is to pay attention to the quality of cadre examination.
