随着全球经济一体化的推进,豆类种子及其他植物产品的国际贸易越来越广泛,尤其是我国进口大豆量的迅猛增加,有害生物的跨境传播风险也随之增大。本文简要介绍了豆类上6种重要植物细菌病害及其危害特征,综述了分离培养技术、生理生化技术等传统检测方法和血清学技术以及普通PCR、实时荧光PCR等现代分子生物学检测技术在豆类重要植物病原细菌检测上的应用,并对其优缺点加以分析。在此基础上,对高通量检测方法的应用前景进行展望。
With the progress of global economic integration, the international trade in pulses and other plant products has become more and more widespread. In particular, the rapid increase in the volume of imported soybeans in China and the increased risk of cross-border pests spread. This article briefly introduced the bacterial diseases and their harmfulness characteristics of six important leguminous plants. The traditional detection methods and serological techniques, such as isolation and culture techniques, physiological and biochemical techniques, as well as modern molecular biology detection techniques such as ordinary PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR Application of pathogenic bacteria in important leguminous plants, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. On this basis, the prospects of the application of high-throughput detection methods are prospected.
