乳腺囊性增生病是以乳腺小叶小导管及末端导管高度扩张形成的囊肿为特征,伴有乳腺结构不良病变的疾病又称慢性囊性乳腺病、囊肿性脱皮性乳腺增生病纤维囊性乳腺病等.与单纯性乳腺增生相比较,该病乳腺增生与不典型增生共存,存在恶变的危险,是区别所在.应视为癌前病变.
