黄蜀葵为一年生草本植物,其根和茎的加工物为一种天然食品增稠剂。山西省的老区人民常年以此为食品粘合剂而食用,但其毒性资料尚未见报道。我们按《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》的要求,对其进行了一、二阶段的试验,结果如下: 样品由山西省产品质量检验研究所提供。
Yellow hollyhock is an annual herb, root and stem processed material for a natural food thickener. Old people in Shanxi Province, perennial as food binders and consumption, but its toxicity has not been reported. According to the requirements of “Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation Program”, we conducted the first and second phase of the test, the results are as follows: Samples from the Shanxi Institute of product quality inspection provided.
