胃平滑肌肿瘤在临床上较少见。我院自1985年5月至1992年3月经切除病理证实的胃平滑肿瘤13例,现报告如下: 1.临床资料 13例胃平滑肌肿瘤中平滑肌瘤8例,其中有一例部分有恶变倾向,平滑肌肉瘤4例,平滑肌母细胞瘤1例。 1.1 性别与年龄:男5例,女8例,男:女为1:1.6,年龄36～70岁,平均50岁。平滑肌瘤:男3例,女5例,男:女为1:1.71,年龄43—62岁,平均年龄51.1岁;平滑肌肉瘤:男2例,女2例,男:女为1:1,年龄38～70岁,平均年龄51岁。1例平滑肌母细胞瘤为36岁的男性。
Gastric smooth muscle tumors are clinically rare. In our hospital, from May 1985 to March 1992, 13 cases of gastric smooth tumors were confirmed by pathological examination. The present report is as follows: 1. Clinical data There were 8 cases of leiomyoma in 13 cases of gastric smooth muscle tumors, of which 1 case had malignant tendency. There were 4 cases of leiomyosarcoma and 1 case of smooth muscle blastoma. 1.1 Gender and age: 5 males and 8 females, male: female 1:1.6, age 36-70 years, mean 50 years old. Smooth muscle tumors: 3 males and 5 females, male: female 1: 1.71, age 43-62 years, mean age 51.1 years; leiomyosarcoma: 2 males and 2 females, male: female 1:1, Age 38 to 70 years, mean age 51 years old. One smooth muscle blastoma was a 36-year-old man.
