普济消毒饮出自《东垣试效方》,原方治疗大头瘟,其主要病机为感受风热疫毒,壅于上焦,攻冲头面。临床可见恶寒发热,头面红肿焮痛,目不能开,咽喉不利,舌燥口渴,舌红苔白兼黄,脉浮数有力等。普济消毒饮具有清热解毒,疏风散邪之功效。郑启仲教授通过辨证将普济消毒饮应用于临床,取得了较好的疗效。文章择蜂蜇、花粉过敏、痤疮、脱发病案,以阐述郑启仲教授应用普济消毒饮的临床经验及理论探讨。
