由于特殊的地质条件,使滨四区沙四上油气藏成为我国油田水结垢最严重的一个油田,给生产管理带来十分严重的影响。从77年起,随着原油含水日益升高(70~75%),在集输滨四区沙四上原油的滨三站,水垢的危害越来越严重,外输泵的叶轮一般使用数天,流道就被垢堵死,原油外输困难,泵的损坏、维修频繁,为了改变这种状况,我们在滨三站开展了水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHP)防垢的试验,经过一年来的工作,基本上改变了滨三站的被动局面,同时,对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)防垢的认识也提高了一步。
