随着我国四个现代化建设的展开,县、社、队办工业有了较大发展。为了保护工人眼睛的健康,现将1979年我院门诊10个月内诊治的121例角膜异物做一分析,并结合我们参观过的生产现场情况,探讨致伤因素,提出预防措施,以减少角膜异物的发生,提高劳动生产率。一、病例分析1.性别与年龄本组121例中,男87例,女34例,男性明显多于女性;18岁～30岁的97例,31～40岁的17例,41岁以上的7例,青年工人占绝大多数。虽然县、社、队办工业中青年工人较多,但青年缺乏工作经验,对安全操作不够重视也是主要原因。2.职业县、社、队办工业生产人员列为工人,从
