目的:探讨加味归脾合剂对慢性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者异常T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将符合要求的30例慢性ITP患者随机分成加味归脾合剂治疗组(治疗组)、醋酸波尼松片治疗组(对照组),每组15例,均治疗3个月,观察治疗前后两组T淋巴细胞亚群比例和调节性T淋巴细胞比例的变化。结果:2组治疗前CD3+CD4+CD8-低于正常值,CD3+CD4-CD8+则高于正常值,治疗后改善(P<0.05)。2组治疗前CD4+CD25+细胞/CD4+细胞、CD4+CD25+FoxP3+细胞/CD4+CD25+细胞的比例均低于正常值(P<0.01),治疗后上述异常改善,但仍低于正常对照(P<0.05)。结论:加味归脾合剂可以调节慢性ITP患者异常T细胞免疫功能,增加CD4+CD25+Tregs的数量,增强CD4+CD25+Tregs的免疫抑制功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Guipi Mixture on immune function of abnormal T lymphocytes in patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Methods: Thirty patients with chronic ITP were randomly divided into Jiawei Guifei Mixture group (treatment group) and Poncinon Acetate group (control group), 15 patients in each group were treated for 3 months, before and after treatment Changes of T lymphocyte subsets and regulatory T lymphocytes in two groups. Results: Before treatment, CD3 + CD4 + CD8- was lower than normal, CD3 + CD4-CD8 + was higher than normal and was improved after treatment (P <0.05). The percentages of CD4 + CD25 + cells / CD4 + cells and CD4 + CD25 + FoxP3 + / CD4 + CD25 + cells in the two groups before treatment were all lower than the normal values (P <0.01) <0.05). Conclusion: Modified Guipi Mixture can modulate the abnormal T cell immune function, increase the number of CD4 + CD25 + Tregs and enhance the immunosuppressive function of CD4 + CD25 + Tregs in chronic ITP patients.
