结合南水北调渡槽预制架设施工要求,设计了一种整体框架式,可以在载重状态下转向的轮轨式渡槽搬运机———ME650+650型渡槽搬运机。介绍该型渡槽搬运机的主要技术参数、结构组成及特点,并针对整机使用工况对其主要结构件进行了有限元分析计算。工程实践证明,该型渡槽搬运机具有结构轻巧,布置合理,适应性广的特点,可为今后类似重物搬运机的设计提供参考。
Combined with the requirements of prefabricated erection and installation of aqueducts in South-North Water Diversion Project, a wheel-rail aqueduct transporter (ME650 + 650 aqueduct transporter) with a frame-like structure that can be steered under load is designed. The main technical parameters, structural components and characteristics of this type of aqueduct transfer machine are introduced. The main structural components of the aqueduct are analyzed by finite element method. Engineering practice proves that this type of aqueduct transporter has the features of light weight, reasonable layout and wide adaptability, which can provide reference for the design of similar heavy cargo handling machine in the future.
