1.故障现象1台大修后的TY220型推土机在进行推土作业时,操作人员突然感到发动机动力下降,工作无力,随即对发动机进行检查。检查发现柴油机工作时第Ⅲ、Ⅳ缸处发出“啪、啪”的排气声,水散热器内能发出“鼓、鼓”的冒气声。操作人员及时将发动机熄火,在发动机温度降至50℃以下后,将气门室盖拆开,发现第Ⅳ缸靠近气门推杆侧有1条汽缸盖螺栓比其他汽缸盖螺栓高,用手拧该汽缸盖螺栓时,感觉已经松动,且汽缸盖下方有明显油痕。拧出该汽缸盖螺栓后,发现其螺纹上有铁屑。拆下第Ⅲ、Ⅳ缸汽缸盖,检查该汽缸盖螺栓的螺孔,发现其螺纹已损坏,且靠近进、
