[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组24例菌必治,2g/次,2次/d,静滴;氨茶碱,0.25g/次,1次/d,静滴;甘安合剂10mL/次,3次/d,口服。按患者病情做出相应常规对症治疗与支持治疗。治疗组24例辨证分型,①阴虚证:麦冬、桑叶、百合、玉竹、杏仁、陈皮、桃仁、百部、当归、枇杷叶各9g,沙参、芦根各12g。②气虚证:党参12g,黄芪18g,陈皮、白术、桔梗、当归、法半夏、瓜蒌、桃仁、枳壳各9g。偏热加浙贝、黄芩、地龙各9g;偏寒加细辛5g,干姜、胆南星各6g。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状消失时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。对24例患者进行随访7d,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效8例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率87.50%。对照组痊愈8例,显效6例,有效2例,无效8例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状消失时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病效果显著,值得推广。

Partial heat plus Zhejiang, skullcap, earthworm 9g; partial asarum Xin 5g, ginger, gallbladder 6g each. 1 / d, decoction 200mL, morning and evening warm clothes. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, disappearance of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. Twenty-four patients were followed up for 7 days to observe the recurrence rate. [Results] In the treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.50%. The control group recovered in 8 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 2 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Clinical symptoms disappeared in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Syndrome Differentiation and Western medicine are effective in treating respiratory diseases and should be popularized.
