在“大众创业,万众创新”的时代背景下,很多高校和政府出台了一系列鼓励专业技术人员离岗创业的政策措施,为有创新创业梦想的技术人员提供了平台。介绍了职业院校专业技术人员离岗创新创业的重要意义,分析了技术人员离岗创业面临的问题,最后探究了专业技术人员离岗创新创业的有效对策,以推动我国创新创业的发展步伐。
In the era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, many universities and governments have promulgated a series of policies and measures to encourage professional and technical personnel to leave their jobs and provide a platform for technicians who have the dream of innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper introduces the importance of professional and technical personnel in vocational colleges leaving and innovating and starting a business, analyzes the problems faced by technicians leaving their jobs and finally probes into the effective countermeasures of professional and technical personnel leaving and starting to work in order to promote the pace of innovation and entrepreneurship in our country.
