优秀女子足球运动员专项体能特征及其训练研究——以北京女子足球队运动员为例

随着校园足球的火热开展,我国的足球运动进入空前的发展阶段,而在世界杯上女足的惊艳表现,也再次引起了人们对于女子足球的深度关注,让人们对于铿锵玫瑰再度憧憬。而2015年第7届女足世界杯中国女足暴露了很多的问题,其中在比赛最后阶段的体能问题比较突出。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、现场观察法、数理分析法对北京女子足球队运动员的体能训练现状进行研究,以期找出现阶段体能训练监控与科学安排训练间隔存在的问题,并提出根据运动员训练量和强度的大小合理安排运动员训练周期和间隔时间的方法。研究结论 :1)体能训练时间安排不合理,但体能和技战术训练的比重安排则相对合理;2)体能训练内容主要有速度、灵敏、力量、耐力、柔韧和协调等6项素质,其中以速度素质最为重要,同时在不同的训练时期,训练时间和训练内容的侧重点呈动态变化;3)体能训练方法较为全面,但仍然存在方法单一、创新不足等问题;4)体能训练手段比较常规、缺乏创新;5)体能训练负荷监控指标单一,监控缺乏系统性和科学性。 With the fiery development of campus football, China’s football has entered an unprecedented stage of development. However, the amazing performance of women’s football at the World Cup once again aroused people’s deep concern about the football of women and made people once again hope for the sonorous rose. However, in the 7th Women’s World Cup in 2015, the Chinese women’s football exposed a lot of problems, among which the physical problems in the final stages of the competition were prominent. The present situation of physical training of Beijing women’s soccer team athletes was studied by means of literature review, questionnaire survey, field observation and mathematical analysis, in order to find out the problems existing in physical training monitoring and scientific training intervals at the present stage. According to the training of athletes Amount and intensity of the size of the reasonable arrangements for athletes training cycle and interval method. The conclusions are as follows: 1) The time schedule of physical training is unreasonable, but the proportion of physical training and technical and tactical training is relatively reasonable; 2) The physical training mainly includes six qualities of speed, sensitivity, strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. At the same time, the focus of training time and training content is dynamic; 3) Physical training methods are more comprehensive, but there are still some problems such as single method and insufficient innovation; 4) The methods of physical training are more routine , Lack of innovation; 5) physical training load monitoring indicators of a single monitoring lack of systematic and scientific.
