目的:运用GC-MS结合保留指数分析桑白皮脂肪油成分,为进一步研究桑白皮脂肪油提供实验依据。方法:以石油醚为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取脂肪油,经甲酯化处理后,用GC-MS技术并结合保留指数对其进行分析鉴定。结果:采用GC-MS分析,检测出38个组分,利用MS结合保留指数定性,鉴定出其中27个成分。含量较高的组分为:角鲨烷(50.40%)、α-香树脂素(10.86%)、亚油酸甲酯(9.33%)、β-香树脂素(4.84%)、棕榈酸甲酯(3.08%)、11-十八烯酸甲酯(1.76%)等。结论:本实验方法可靠,结果准确度高,为开发利用桑白皮资源提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the constituents of fatty oil of Morus alba by GC-MS and retention index, to provide experimental basis for further research on fatty oil of Morus alba. Methods: Petroleum ether was used as the solvent to extract fatty oil by Soxhlet extraction. After methyl esterification, GC-MS and retention index were used to identify fatty acids. Results: By GC-MS analysis, 38 components were detected, using MS combined with retention index qualitative identification of 27 components. The higher levels of the components were: squalane (50.40%), α-strychnine (10.86%), methyl linoleate (9.33%), β-strychnine (4.84%), methyl palmitate (3.08%), 11-octadecenoate (1.76%) and the like. Conclusion: The experimental method is reliable and the results are highly accurate, providing the basis for the development and utilization of Morus alba.
