Pulmonary hemorrhage in neonates is a critical illness during the neonatal period, and the mortality rate is 98.42% without using ventilator [1]. With the application of NICU technology such as ventilator continuous positive pressure ventilation, neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage mortality has been significantly reduced [2], but in our country and other developing countries is still as high as 40% to 74.59% [3-4]. Therefore, timely delivery of critically ill neonates with pulmonary hemorrhage from primary care hospitals to NICU hospitals with respiratory support equipment is crucial, and the most critical and intractable problem in transit is precisely respiratory support. At present, most of our medical institutions have been equipped with air-borne ventilator performance far failed to meet the needs of treatment of severe pulmonary hemorrhage; many areas do not even have any of the mechanical ventilation equipment needed for neonatal transit; freshmen
