目的 :检验泪囊上极填塞油纱条对手术效果的影响。方法 :将 318例、350眼随机分为泪囊上极填塞油纱条组与对照组 ,术后随访 3个月。结果 :实验组 2 50眼中 2 4 4眼治愈 ,6眼好转 ,无 1眼失败。对照组10 0眼中 83眼治愈 ,15眼有效 ,2眼失败。对比两组手术效果 ,实验组明显好于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :泪囊上极填塞油纱条可提高手术效果。
OBJECTIVE: To examine the effect of gauze packing on the lacrimal sac. Methods: 318 cases (350 eyes) were randomly divided into lacrimal sac packing oil gauze group and control group. The patients were followed up for 3 months. Results: In the experimental group, 2 4 4 eyes were cured in 2 50 eyes, 6 eyes improved, and 1 failed. In the control group, 83 eyes were cured in 10 eyes, 15 eyes were effective, and 2 eyes failed. Compared with the two groups, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0 05). Conclusion: The lacrimal sac packing oil gauze can improve the surgical results.
