目的:研究外源H2O2对中药材抗氧化物质含量及总抗氧化能力的影响。方法:采收前10天分别对5种药材的花、果实及叶片进行250 ml 0.3%H2O2的喷洒处理,之后测定药材中黄酮、维生素C和维生素E含量的变化及总抗氧化能力的变化。结果:0.3%的H2O2处理后,药材中的黄酮、维生素C和维生素E含量被不同程度地提高了,丁香花中分别提高了59.9%、41.1%和46.9%,野蔷薇果实和山楂果实提高幅度在20%以下,叶片类药材的提高幅度介于花与果实之间。检测药材中总抗氧化能力的变化时得出了类似的结果。结论:H2O2能提高药材活性成分的含量,提高幅度与药用植物的器官有关。
Objective: To study the effects of exogenous H2O2 on the content of antioxidants and the total antioxidant capacity of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: The flowers, fruits and leaves of five medicinal plants were sprayed with 250 ml of 0.3% H2O2 10 days before harvest, and then the contents of flavonoids, vitamin C and vitamin E in the medicinal materials and the total antioxidant capacity were measured. Results: The contents of flavonoids, vitamin C and vitamin E in the medicinal materials increased by 59.9%, 41.1% and 46.9% respectively after being treated with 0.3% H2O2, while the contents of flavonoids, Below 20%, the increase of leaf medicinal herbs lies between flower and fruit. Similar results were obtained when testing changes in total antioxidant capacity in herbs. Conclusion: H2O2 can increase the content of active ingredients in medicinal plants, and the increase extent is related to the organs of medicinal plants.
