随着机车速度的提高,对机车传动系统的动力性能要求越来越高,对200km/h交流电力机车传动系统在启动过程中的强迫动力响应进行了分析,建立了驱动装置的计算模型,通过振型叠加法,得到传动系统的强迫扭转动力响应.计算了在给定激励下的动载荷放大系数,并分析了激励函数及阻尼对动力响应结果的影响.
With the increase of locomotive speed, the dynamic performance requirements of locomotive drive system are getting higher and higher. The forced dynamic response of 200km / h AC locomotive drive system during start-up process is analyzed. The calculation model of drive unit is established. Mode superposition method, get the drive system forced torsional dynamic response. The amplification factor of dynamic load under a given excitation is calculated and the influence of excitation function and damping on the dynamic response is analyzed.
