医疗事业为一项民生性事业,直接关系到广大人民群众的身体健康,同时也是前我国重点发展的事业。公立医院作为我国发展医疗事业的主要阵地,其绩效工资分配是否合理,绩效管理工作是否到位直接的关系到我国医疗事业的发展的高度。本文从绩效工资与绩效管理的概念分析入手,分析了公立医院工资分配现状、公立医院绩效考核与绩效管理的难点、公立医院绩效工资改革与绩效考核原则,并针对性的提出了公立医院绩效工资改革与绩效考核的建议。
The medical cause is a livelihood-oriented undertaking, which has a direct bearing on the general health of the general public as well as the pre-emptive development of our country. Public hospitals, as the main front for the development of medical undertakings in our country, whether the distribution of performance pay is reasonable or not, and whether performance management is in place are directly related to the development of medical undertakings in our country. Starting with the concept analysis of performance pay and performance management, this paper analyzes the present situation of public hospital salary distribution, the difficulties of public hospital performance appraisal and performance management, the performance pay reform and performance appraisal principle of public hospital, and puts forward the performance pay of public hospital Reform and Performance Assessment Suggestions.
