就需求侧政策内涵以及阶段性特征加以分析,并总结战略性新兴产业发展各阶段供给及需求侧培育政策应如何配合应用,进一步构建新形势下的需求侧政策体系,并以太阳能光伏产业为例具体实践,为今后制定战略性新兴产业发展政策提供思路和建议。
This paper analyzes the connotation and stage characteristics of demand-side policy and summarizes how the supply and demand-side training policies at different stages of the development of strategic emerging industries should cooperate with each other and further builds a demand-side policy system in the new situation and takes the solar photovoltaic industry as an example Concrete practice, and provide ideas and suggestions for the future development of strategic industrial development policies.
