目的观察超声电导猫爪草透入辅助治疗浅表淋巴结结核的疗效。方法收集2013年6月~2015年11月在我院住院部及项目科诊断为浅表淋巴结结核并符合纳入标准的患者,共60例。按照随机分配原则,将60例患者平均分为3组,每组20例,分别命名为超声治疗组、传统给药组、西药对照组,进行为期三个月的观察。对三组患者治疗前、治疗后1个月末、2个月末、三个月末行彩超、CT、血沉检查,比较三组患者临床治疗疗效,分析治疗后不良反应情况。结果三组患者临床疗效差异显著(P<0.05),西药对照组总有效率为75.00%,传统给药组总有效率为90.00%,超声治疗组总有效率为95.00%。三组患者治疗后均出现不同程度的不良反应,如恶心、呕吐、视力下降、皮疹等。三组患者不良反应差异不明显(P>0.05),西药对照组不良反应率为20.00%,传统给药组不良反应率为15.00%,超声治疗组不良反应率为5.00%。结论超声电导猫爪草透入辅助治疗浅表淋巴结结核的临床疗效显著,能显著降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ultrasound guided cat claw grass in the adjuvant treatment of superficial lymph node tuberculosis. Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in our hospital from June 2013 to November 2015. The patients were diagnosed as superficial lymph node tuberculosis and met the inclusion criteria in our hospital. According to the principle of random distribution, 60 patients were divided equally into 3 groups with 20 cases in each group, which were named as ultrasonic therapy group, traditional medicine group and western medicine control group, respectively, and were observed for three months. The three groups of patients before treatment, after treatment at the end of 1 month, 2 months, three months at the end of color Doppler ultrasound, CT, ESR, the clinical efficacy of three groups were compared to analyze the adverse reactions after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the three groups was significantly different (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and 90.00% in the traditional group. The total effective rate in the ultrasound group was 95.00%. Three groups of patients after treatment showed varying degrees of adverse reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, decreased vision, rash and so on. There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the three groups (P> 0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 20.00% in the western medicine control group, 15.00% in the traditional medicine group and 5.00% in the ultrasound treatment group. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided cat claw grass penetration into the adjuvant treatment of superficial lymph node tuberculosis clinical effect was significant, can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
