众所周知,蒸汽在用热设备中作功——即放出热量,冷凝成水后,就需及时排放。如果将冷凝水直排到地沟,无疑是极大的浪费。如果采用凝结水回收装置回收凝结水,然后送到锅炉重新使用,这将使占蒸汽热量25%的凝结水重新得到利用。性能特性该装置是引进英国Spirax、Sarco公司的Ogden型蒸汽加压式凝结水自动回收泵,由机械工业部通用机械技术设计成套公司和辽宁瓦房店阀门厂共同研制而成。它是由集水器、泵式阀以及各种阀门、过滤器、疏水阀、窥视镜和辅助管路组成。其结构见图1。
It is well-known that steam must be discharged in a timely manner after it is used to perform work in a thermal facility—that is, to release heat and condense into water. If the condensate is drained directly to the trench, it is undoubtedly a great waste. If the condensate recovery device is used to recover the condensate and then sent to the boiler for reuse, this will make the condensate, which accounts for 25% of the steam heat, be reused. Performance Characteristics The device is an Ogden type steam pressure type condensate automatic recovery pump imported from Spirax and Sarco of the United Kingdom. It is jointly developed by the General Machinery Technology Design Company of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Wafangdian Valve Factory of Liaoning. It is composed of water collectors, pump valves and various valves, filters, traps, sight glass and auxiliary piping. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.
