高新技术产业发展代表一个国家的社会经济地位,而科技金融是促进高新技术产业发展的驱动器,随着我国创新驱动战略的推进,二者之间的关系变得更加紧密。本文首先通过归纳文献对科技金融内涵提出新的认识,然后对科技金融支持高新技术产业的现状展开分析,最后,构建相应的指标体系,利用系统动力学方法对科技金融支持高新技术产业展开实证研究。模型主要指标仿真结果发现,科技金融对高科技产业有明显的积极作用,在提高相同幅度的支持力度时,市场科技金融相对于公共科技金融对于主要指标的提升作用更加明显,所以,未来科技金融支持高科技产业发展还有较大发展空间,尤其加大在市场金融科技方面的创新,要保证公共科技金融和市场科技金融均衡发展。
The development of high-tech industries represents the social and economic status of a country. Science and technology finance is the driving force for the development of high-tech industries. With the advancing of our innovation-driven strategy, the relationship between the two has become more and more close. First of all, this paper puts forward a new understanding of the financial connotation of science and technology through inductive literature, and then analyzes the status quo of science and technology finance in supporting high-tech industries. Finally, it constructs the corresponding index system and uses the system dynamics method to conduct an empirical research on science and technology finance to support high-tech industries . The simulation results of the main indicators of the model found that science and technology finance played a significant positive role in the high-tech industries. When enhancing the support of the same magnitude, market science and technology finance plays a more prominent role in boosting major indicators than public science and technology finance. Therefore, There is still room for greater development in supporting the development of hi-tech industries. In particular, we should increase innovation in market finance and science and technology, and ensure a balanced development of public science and technology finance and market science and technology.
