为适应棒线材免加热直接轧制(DROF)工艺的要求,对连铸坯切断策略及切断后把铸坯及时送达轧机的策略与方法进行了分析。分拉速可调与不可调两种情况进行了讨论,在各流拉速可调时,建立了能够实现最佳送坯节奏的策略与算法;在各流拉速既不能随意调整,也不能保证拉速稳定不变的情况下,讨论了优化切坯策略和优化送坯节奏的方法,提出了“快流长切、慢流短切、稳流准切”的思路,以保证实施最佳的切坯节奏,为做好连铸与轧制两个工序的衔接提供了参考。
