目的探讨E2F-1和cyclinD1在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测78例大肠腺癌、20例正常大肠黏膜、30例大肠息肉以及30例大肠腺瘤E2F-1和cyclinD1的表达情况。结果 E2F-1和cyclinD1在大肠腺癌中的阳性率显著高于正常大肠黏膜、大肠息肉以及大肠腺瘤(P﹤0.05)。E2F-1和cyclinD1表达与大肠腺癌的病理分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期具有相关性(P﹤0.05)。结论 E2F-1和cyclinD1的表达与大肠腺癌发生关系密切,是大肠腺癌发生、发展的重要生物学标记物。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in 78 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, 30 cases of colorectal polyps and 30 cases of colorectal adenomas. Results The positive rates of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in colorectal adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal colorectal mucosa, colorectal polyps and colorectal adenoma (P <0.05). The expressions of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 were correlated with the degree of pathological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in colorectal adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 are closely related to the occurrence of colorectal adenocarcinoma and are important biomarkers for the development and progression of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
