采用高频心电图检测研究系统(HERS),对32例正常青年人进行高频心电图检测分析。选择X、Y、Z三个正交导联,所得的QRS波型分别为qR、RS和rS,相当于常规心电图的Ⅱ,aVF,V_2导联。高频成分(≥100Hz)占0.01~0.1%,其中X导联平均占0.06±0.04%,Y导联平均占0.038±0.03%,Z导联平均占0.047±0.02%,高频上限为420~2250Hz。在QRS波群上切迹多数位于R波顶部附近,扭结多数位于S波上升枝中段和下降枝中、下段,三个导联QRS波上切迹和扭结总数平均为3.39±2.05(3~12)个,绝大多数(93.9±4.1%)不超过8个,在强度分级上一般仅为1~2级,不超过3级。上述数据可作为分析、判断高频心电图时参考。
Using high frequency electrocardiography test research system (HERS), 32 normal young people were examined by high frequency electrocardiogram. Select the three orthogonal lead X, Y, Z, resulting QRS waveforms were qR, RS and rS, equivalent to the conventional ECG Ⅱ, aVF, V 2 lead. The high frequency component (≥100Hz) accounts for 0.01-0.1%, of which the average of X lead is 0.06 ± 0.04%, the average of Y lead is 0.038 ± 0.03%, the average of Z lead is 0.047 ± 0.02% and the upper limit of high frequency is 420 ~ 2250Hz. Most of the notch on the QRS complex is located near the top of the R wave. Most of the kinks are located in the middle and descending branches of the rising part of the S wave. The average number of notch and kink on the QRS wave of the three leads is 3.39 ± 2.05 (3 ~ 12 ), The vast majority (93.9 ± 4.1%) does not exceed 8, the intensity classification is generally only 1 to 2, not more than 3. The above data can be used as an analysis to determine the reference of high-frequency electrocardiogram.
