师生关系是教学理论中一个经常谈到的话题。在师生之间存在的教学关系、心理关系、个人关系、道德关系等诸多关系中,因师生在教学上存在着期待效应,从而推进其他关系的不断完善与发展,逐渐促进民主、平等、和谐的师生关系的建立。因此,建立良好的师生关系已成为保证课堂教学顺利进行,保证教学目标的高质量完成以及教学相长的迫切需要。从一定意义上可以说师生关系就是教学质量。
