所谓“人气”,是指特定环境中外界对一个人的理解,喜爱、尊重和认可,它与形象、品德、能力、心态等多种因素有关。“人气”指数高,则工作开展顺利.因此领导干部要不断提高自己的“人气指数”。一般说来,谈吐自然,做事诚信,明辨是非的人容易得到外界的肯定,所以提高自己的“人气指数”,首要的是塑造好自己的形象。一是语言要有度。语言表达能力是一个干部的基本功。会说的,群众信服;善说的,群众折服。大话空话,无异于骗人,令人索然;粗话俗话,不仅让人不以为然,也有损自身的形象。所以要反对语言上的自由主义,要坚持不该说的坚决不说,该说的说好讲透。二是行动要有准儿。“干部”行为带有引导性、示范性,它与党风好坏密切相关,对民风影响甚大,断不可小觑。

The behavior of “cadres” is guided and exemplary. It is closely related to the good or bad of the party’s style of work and has a great influence on the popular style and should not be underestimated.
