山西省国防科工办于3月18日至20日在太原召开了全省国防科技工业节能工作会议。参加这次会议的有37个企、事业单位,共75名代表。省经委梁金福处长出席了会议,并作了重要讲话。 这次会议的主要任务是:宣传、贯彻国务院发布的“节约能源管理暂行条例”;总结1985年节能工作,交流经验、表彰先进;安排、布署1986年节能工作任务。
The Shanxi Provincial Department of National Defense Science and Technology Office held a meeting on energy conservation in the national defense science and technology industry in Taiyuan from March 18th to 20th. There were 37 enterprises and institutions participating in the conference, with a total of 75 representatives. Provincial Economic Commission Director Liang Jinfu attended the meeting and made an important speech. The main tasks of the conference were: to publicize and implement the “Provisional Regulations on Energy Conservation Management” issued by the State Council; to summarize energy-saving work in 1985, exchange experiences, and commend advanced; to arrange and deploy tasks for energy conservation in 1986.
