前不久,山东景芝集团公司组织了一次职工技术比武,让组织者出乎意料的是这次比武职工情绪高涨、报名人数之多,与98年组织的那次比武形成了强烈的反差。那次集团公司将职工技术比武的通知贴出后,报名时间超过五天了,而报名人数却很少,与早些年比照,班组之间跃跃欲试、摩拳擦掌的情景不见了。这一“冷”一“热”,让人深思,其原因是什么呢?带着这个问题,笔者到该集团公司进行了调研。发现以前那种比武的项目缺乏创
