目的探讨贝那普利联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压的治疗效果和安全性,以期对原发性高血压提供高效安全的治疗策略,为指导临床用药提供依据。方法选取2014年10月至2016年6月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的100例50~75岁的原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。进行为期4周的治疗,对照组给予氨氯地平片20 mg/d,试验组给予贝那普利片10 mg/d和氨氯地平片10 mg/d。早上服药1 h后及晚上入睡前1 h测量血压,并记录心率;在治疗过程中观察不良反应指标咳嗽、眩晕、下肢水肿等。结果治疗后,试验组早晚的收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率为98.0%,对照组的为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.0%和28.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗后2~4周出现明显的心率的加快(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压,效果优于单独使用氨氯地平,且减少不良反应。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of benazepril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension in order to provide effective and safe treatment strategies for essential hypertension and provide the basis for clinical use. Methods From January 2014 to June 2016, 100 patients aged 50-75 years with primary hypertension admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine 20 mg / d, while those in the test group were given benazepril 10 mg / d and amlodipine 10 mg / d. Blood pressure was measured at 1 h after taking the medicine in the morning and 1 h before going to sleep at night, and the heart rate was recorded. During the course of treatment, adverse reactions such as cough, dizziness and lower extremity edema were observed. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the trial group was 98.0% and that of the control group was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental and control groups were 6.0% and 28.0%, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.05). The control group was given amlodipine 2 to 4 weeks after treatment, there was a significant increase in heart rate (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of benazepril and amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension is superior to that of amlodipine alone and the adverse reactions are reduced.
