通过添加不同含量的Cr元素对Al-Cu系铸造铝合金进行力学性能和腐蚀性能的研究。结果表明:在H+、Cl-和SO42-共同作用下,Cr元素能使铝合金的自腐蚀电位向正方向移动,钝化电流密度向下偏移,能提高铝合金的耐蚀性能。当Cr含量达到0.15wt%时,铝合金的耐酸雨腐蚀性能最好,抗拉强度达到最大值374.28MPa,伸长率为5.77%,试棒的综合腐蚀性能和力学性能最好。
The mechanical properties and corrosion properties of Al-Cu cast aluminum alloy were studied by adding Cr with different contents. The results show that under the combined action of H +, Cl- and SO42-, the Cr element can move the self-corrosion potential of the aluminum alloy in the positive direction and the passivation current density downwardly, which can improve the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy. When Cr content reaches 0.15wt%, the acid rain corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy is the best, the tensile strength reaches the maximum of 374.28MPa, elongation of 5.77%, the comprehensive corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the test rod is the best.
