随着社会主义市场经济和经济全球化的不断发展,企业所处的主客观环境发生了全方位、多层次的深刻变化,企业的生存竞争在更大范围、更高层面上展开,特别是2012年下半年以来,随着煤炭价格的不断走低,煤炭企业发展受到了严峻挑战。如何实现企业既定目标,对企业的思想政治工作提出了许多新的要求和新的挑战。在新的形势下,企业思想政治工作者必须解放思想,转变观念,创新工作方式,最大限度地调动职工的积极性,保证职工队伍稳定,为企业改革发展提供思想保证和精神动力。
