目的了解浙江省不同地区60岁以上居民维生素摄入情况,分析其食物来源。方法选取2010—2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测项目中浙江省老年人的调查资料,分析不同地区60岁以上居民维生素摄入状况及食物来源。结果浙江省老年人维生素A、维生素B_1、维生素B_2和维生素C摄入量偏低,四分位摄入量分别为VA 296.85(174.32,500.28)μg RAE/d,VB10.68(0.47,0.96)mg/d,VB20.65(0.47,0.90)mg/d,VC 54.54(33.65,83.82)mg/d。不同地区老年人维生素B_1、维生素C和维生素E摄入量比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2分别为41.201、39.262和19.474,P<0.001)。不同地区各维生素食物来源存在差异。结论浙江省60岁以上居民维生素摄入不足情况较严重,且不同地区老年人维生素摄入及其食物来源存在差异。
Objective To understand the vitamin intake of residents over the age of 60 in different areas of Zhejiang Province and analyze their food sources. Methods The survey data of elderly people in Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2012 on the nutrition and health status of Chinese residents were selected to analyze the vitamin intake and food sources of residents over the age of 60 in different regions. Results The intake of vitamin A, vitamin B 1, vitamin B 2 and vitamin C in the elderly in Zhejiang Province was low. The quartile intake was VA 296.85 (174.32,500.28) μg RAE / d, VB10.68 (0.47,0.96) mg / d, VB20.65 (0.47,0.90) mg / d, VC 54.54 (33.65,83.82) mg / d. The intake of vitamin B_1, vitamin C and vitamin E in the elderly in different regions was significantly different (χ ~ 2 = 41.201, 39.262 and 19.474, respectively, P <0.001). There are differences in the sources of vitamins in different regions. Conclusions Insufficient intake of vitamins in residents over the age of 60 in Zhejiang Province is more serious, and there are differences in the intake of vitamins and their food sources among the elderly in different areas.
